Refunds & Returns Policy

At Moringa Plus For You, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, fresh Moringa products. As our products are perishable, please take a moment to review our policy below before making your purchase.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to resolve the issue. To be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit:

  • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order

  • Provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and any damage

  • The item must be unopened and unused

We reserve the right to assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the transaction to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges due to food safety and hygiene regulations.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your delivery information is accurate when placing your order. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for items sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
